Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our boutique safari operation, where they will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our luxury lodge. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our guest-focused environment and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all administrative duties as expected in a lodge
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintain files, records, and general office systems to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle emails, calls, and other communications professionally and efficiently
  • Supervise and support staff complement

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a hospitality setting
  • Basic understanding of accounts and bookkeeping (beneficial)
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills

  • Formal education/certifications not specified
