PATIENT LIAISON OFFICER GREENPOINT – Atlantic Seaboard, Western Cape (ZA) START: A.S.A.P / 01 December 2025 TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 Saturday 08:00 – 14:00 (alternating / 2x per month) Sundays & Major Public Holidays – CLOSED REPORT TO: Practice Manager EMPLOYMENT TERMS : Full Time SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS: R17,500 Salary per month Complimentary treatment per month MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Guest or Patient liaison officer experience within Medical Suite / Day Spa / Salon or Aesthetic Clinic Highly competent and able to operate a very busy front of house – we are busy! Professional, patient-focused communication skills (in person and via our digital platforms) Booking & CRM systems experienced (ESP / Chi-Desk / Booksy / Salonbridge, etc.) Fluent, confident, clear English vocabulary – Afrikaans a bonus Well-spoken, professional yet nurturing demeanour and a team player Must reside within the Cape Town area – close to the City Highly presentable – you are the face (and voice) of our business
