Job Summary

Qualifications and Skills:
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum
qualifications and skills:

  • Grade 12.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance, or related field. A master’s degree or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is often preferred.
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Quick Books, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Excel.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard of performance manuals.
  • 5 Years practical experience in industrial, Food & Beverage, Facilities management maintenance.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle pressure & to make decisions.
  • Must have own accommodation & transport.

Responsibility:
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include,
but are not limited to:

  • Managing financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Preparing accurate reports to help organizations make informed financial decisions.
  • Ensure that attendance is recorded on the ERS system daily.
  • Assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to optimize profitability.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and legal regulations.
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts; analyze financial performance and variance.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and prepare tax returns.
  • Ensure that all assets lists are up to date and signed off monthly.
