About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR and Training Manager to join our team at Hazyview. As a senior leader in human resources, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, developing training strategies, and driving workforce planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle across a medium to large workforce
- Develop and implement effective training strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Conduct skills gap analysis and workforce planning initiatives to drive business growth
- Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and HR best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build relationships and achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior HR or HR and Training Management role
- Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle across a medium to large workforce
- Strong working knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, or a related field
