About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR and Training Manager to join our team at Hazyview, a leading [industry/sector] organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle in a medium to large workforce, developing training strategies, and implementing skills gap analysis and workforce planning initiatives.

- Strong working knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
