About the Role
The Hazyview HR and Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and training within a medium to large workforce, ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation and best practices. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop effective training strategies, conduct skills gap analyses, and implement workforce planning initiatives.
