Job Summary
Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary: To be discussed
Responsibilities:
- Compile financial statements for companies and Close Corporations using Draftworx.
- Manage tax returns and handle SARS administration.
- Perform monthly bookkeeping tasks using Pastel.
- Calculate VAT and prepare VAT returns.
- Handle a large portfolio of clients
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Draftworx and Pastel.
- Strong understanding of VAT calculations and returns.
- Experience with tax returns and SARS admin.
- Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently and effectively.
- CA qualification is not necessary but will be considered an advantage.
Skills and Qualities:
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills
