• A Sc. (Hons) in Biological Science or related qualification is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in citrus farming or a similar agricultural environment. Knowledge of mango and litchi pest control will be beneficial.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to analyze data.
• Excellent communication skills and people management abilities.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
