About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and service-driven F&B Manager for a luxury private game reserve situated in the Hoedspruit area. This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage operations within a high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department
Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered
Manage and train F&B team members to maintain high performance
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor stock control, ordering, and cost management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Handle guest feedback and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction

Requirements

Previous experience as an F&B Manager within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Sound knowledge of stock control and cost management
Ability to work in a remote environment
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
