Multiple site placements are available across Karongwe, Timbavati, Pridelands, Makuleke, and other locations as required ?? This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a seasoned field guide ready to take the next step in their professional journey and play a key role in shaping future conservation leaders ? ? Minimum Requirements: FGASA NQF 4 FGASA Professional Field Guide & Professional Trails Guide VPDA Qualification Advanced Rifle Handling (or close to achieving) ? 510 years industry experience Current FGASA Membership Valid NDT Registration Valid PDP ? Key Responsibilities: Oversee general management and day-to-day operations of training camps Plan and manage infrastructure, vehicle, and equipment maintenance ? Take full responsibility for the safety, maintenance, and compliance of firearms and ammunition Liaise with Reserve Management regarding operational and concession-related matters Lead and mentor Camp Coordinators, cooks, cleaners, and volunteer/work-placement students ? Deliver inspirational and immersive learning experiences to course participants ? Plan and facilitate daily schedules, bush walks, lectures, and practical assessments Ensure all academic and administrative requirements meet curriculum standards ? ? Offered Package: Salary: R24,000 R27,000 per month CTC (negotiable based on experience) Accommodation: Single tented accommodation Bonus incentive based on personal and company performance Placement at fixed or roaming locations based on experience and preference Start Date: Immediate availability preferred Initial 3-month probation period ?
