Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms, public areas, and laundry services meet 5-star standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality and resolve any housekeeping issues promptly.
- Assist with training and mentoring housekeeping staff, fostering a team-oriented and service-focused environment.
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize guest disruption.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a welcoming and satisfying experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and adapt to the fast-paced environment of a 5-star lodge.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the hospitality industry.
