Job Overview
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Senior Chef to join a luxury lodge in the Greater Kruger area. The successful candidate will lead the kitchen team, create high-quality menus, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests. This is a live-in position with three meals provided per day.

Key Responsibilities
Leading and managing the kitchen team
Planning, preparing, and presenting high-quality meals
Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
Managing kitchen stock, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
Assisting with menu development and special dietary requirements

Package
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
