Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Trails Guide for a luxury game lodge located near Hoedspruit. The ideal candidate will hold full trails guiding qualifications and be confident in both guiding and overseeing aspects of lodge maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

• FGASA Level 2 with Full Trails qualification

• Valid ARH (Advanced Rifle Handling)

• Valid PrDP (Professional Driving Permit)

• DEAT registered

Additional Responsibilities and Skills:

• Oversee the maintenance department and daily operations

• Strong technical and practical skills with the ability to carry out repairs and lodge maintenance

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook for managing maintenance schedules and communication

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• Sound knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance procedures

• Able to work independently and manage tasks under pressure in a fast-paced lodge environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be of sober habits and maintain a professional demeanour at all times
