Job Description

Luxury Hotel based in Hout Bay is looking for a Butler. The Butler will ensure an exceptional guest experience in all food and beverage services. This role will also work in partnership with the kitchen to oversee and enhance the beverage & dining experience for guests. Duties: Manage overall guest service experience, ensuring that high standards are maintained Provide full-service functionality to guests; ensuring you are present for all mealtimes Be accountable for all service-related stock consumption and stock takes, including service-related items Interact with guests and ensure you collect all personal preferences and relevant information, using this to tailor make their experience. Provide feedback to relevant management on any issues noticed by yourself or the guests Requirements: Grade 12 A formal Butler qualification will be an advantage At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in service at a 5* hotel Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Focus on guest experience Barista / mixology experience will be an advantage
