REQUIREMENTS

1. Tertiary technical qualification
2. 5+ years experience in a senior production/manufacturing role
3. Knowledge and working experience in lean manufacturing, quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies
4. Proactive and data driven approach to solving operational challenges
5. Strong leadership and management skills
6. Passion for improving performance
7. High attention to detail
