Job Summary
Our client is recruiting for a detail-oriented and organized Auction Clerk to join their team in the agriculture sector. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth operation of agricultural auctions, managing bid records, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing support to both buyers and sellers. If you have strong administrative skills, an interest in agriculture, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transport
- Matric
- 2-3 years experience in administration
- Must be willing to sleep out
- Must have experience driving long distances
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Duties will include:
- Ensure accurate administrative processes
- Ensure that clients settle their accounts within agreed terms
- Accurate capturing of auctions and finalization of accountancy processes of auctions
- Overseeing of auction transactions to ensure accurate payments
- Responsible for the compilation of commission statements and distribution thereof
- General administrative duties
Remuneration:
Salary will be discussed during the interview
