Job Summary
A dynamic and fast-paced organization is seeking to appoint a Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to the CEO. This pivotal role is designed to enhance the CEOs effectiveness by supporting strategic initiatives, streamlining operations, and improving organizational communication and project execution.
This opportunity is ideal for a recently qualified, career-driven individual with strong business acumen and a desire to grow into a leadership role.
Requirements:

Tertiary Qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce, or a related degree (essential).

Experience: 3 years of experience in a business-related environment such as project management, finance, or operations.

Technical Proficiency:
-
ERP system familiarity (advantageous)
-
Microsoft Power BI (advantageous)
-
Project tracking and optimization tools (advantageous)

Responsibilities:
Strategic Support and Project Execution:
-
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.
-
Lead or support high-impact projects and track their successful execution.
Operational Oversight:
-
Coordinate and manage key cross-departmental operations on behalf of the CEO.
-
Ensure alignment between teams, monitor project progress, and eliminate bottlenecks.
Executive Communication:
-
Act as the primary communication bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
-
Ensure smooth flow of information and accurate feedback loops.
Meeting Preparation and Representation:
-
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate executive-level meetings.
-
Draft agendas, prepare presentation materials, capture action items, and ensure follow-through.
-
Represent the CEO in meetings when required.
Research and Decision Support:
-
Conduct research and data analysis to support executive decision-making.
-
Prepare business reports and recommend data-driven actions.
KPI Dashboards and Performance Tracking:
-
Collaborate with key departments to develop performance dashboards and monitor key metrics.

Use data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) to track and report on KPIs.
Time and Workflow Management:
-
Prioritize CEOs schedule and ensure time is allocated to the most critical business needs.

Help manage workload and ensure deadlines are met.
