About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a HARVEST & ADMIN ASSISTANT. As an agricultural background holder, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring efficient harvests, and maintaining accurate administrative records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating harvest schedules
- Capture data electronically using spreadsheets (Excel)
- Maintain organized files and databases related to farm production and administration
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
- Provide general support to the farming team
Requirements
- Agricultural Diploma or Degree
- Relevant agricultural background experience (advantageous)
Qualifications
- Computer literate with basic Excel skills
