Job Title: Interim Team Lead Combat
Location: Netherlands

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in defense or combat systems.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

• Knowledge of military and defense standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee combat systems development and implementation.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team for project success.
• Ensure compliance with technical and defense standards.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Report project progress to higher management.
