Key Responsibilities: Manage dealer standards, audits, and compliance plans Coordinate dealer upgrades, branding, and facility alignment Plan and manage sales/product training programmes Monitor training attendance, certification, and effectiveness Conduct competitor analysis and product research Liaise with dealers, contractors, and internal departments Travel to dealer sites locally and cross-border when required Minimum Requirements: Degree or equivalent qualification (Business, Marketing, Automotive Management) 5 to 8 years experience in the automotive/commercial vehicle industry Dealer network experience essential Experience in training coordination or standards compliance Strong analytical and communication skills Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel
