Duties / Key Responsibilities Analyse existing products, integrations, and internal workflows to spot optimisation and automation opportunities Use advanced SQL to extract insights (claims patterns, integration performance, product logic validation) Identify and implement AI/automation use cases to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy Gather and synthesise feedback from internal teams and external clients; translate pain points into solutions Influence the product roadmap with new features, process improvements, and platform enhancements Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Support to define and land solutions in the dev lifecycle Requirements 5 years advanced SQL (complex queries, analysis, optimisation) Hybrid Cloud experience ( Azure or GCP ) and SaaS on-prem integration understanding Hands-on exposure to AI/ML implementation , prompt engineering, and LLM integrations Bonus: healthcare / medical aid domain experience (claims, integrations, etc.) Strong ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders Education Bachelors in CS / IT / Data Science (or equivalent high-level industry experience) Soft Skills Curious problem-solver, sharp analyst, persuasive communicator, collaborative consensus-builder, and genuinely future-focused. Package The proposed salary for the role is R25k – R28k per month – the final offer will depend on qualifications, experience and skills.
