Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Actuarial Analysts. Translate business objectives into actuarial models, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Perform reserving, SAM and IFRS reporting, and deliver data-driven insights. Oversee model deployment, testing, and monitoring to support profitability and growth. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors / Honors in Actuarial Science (essential). Nearly or fully qualified actuary, or making strong progress towards qualification. Minimum 5 years actuarial experience, with at least 3 years in short-term insurance. Proven experience in reserving, SAM, and IFRS reporting (essential).
