About the Role
O’Brien Recruitment is seeking a temporary Receptionist to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Operate a switchboard to manage incoming calls and messages
- Provide problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
- Utilize clear verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
- Maintain telephone etiquette at all times
- Be available on short notice to cover reception duties
