We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Clinic Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care while performing a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments. As part of our clinic, the nurse will work collaboratively with doctors and other staff to ensure clients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals in a safe and professional environment.

Key

1. Patient Care and Consultation:

   • Conduct initial consultations to assess patients` needs, concerns, and goals.
   • Educate patients on available treatments, expected outcomes, and aftercare.
   • Provide pre- and post-procedure care to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

2. Aesthetic Treatments:

   • Perform non-surgical procedures such as:
     • Botox and dermal filler injections (if certified).
     • Chemical peels.
     • Laser treatments (hair removal, skin resurfacing).
     • Microneedling or PRP therapy.
     • Body contouring procedures.
   • Assist physicians with advanced or combined treatments as needed.

3. Safety and Compliance:

   • Ensure all procedures are conducted in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
   • Maintain a clean and sterile environment in treatment areas.
   • Properly document patient care and treatments in electronic health records (EHR).

4. Patient Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain trusting relationships with patients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
   • Address patient concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
   • Follow up with patients post-treatment to monitor progress and satisfaction.

5. Professional Development:

   • Stay updated on the latest aesthetic technologies and techniques through ongoing training and certifications.
   • Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences as needed.

6. Administrative and Team Support:

   • Assist with scheduling and maintaining treatment inventory.
   • Participate in clinic marketing efforts by educating patients on services or promotions.
   • Collaborate with the team to optimize clinic operations and patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Nursing degree (RN or equivalent) from an accredited program.
  • Active and valid nursing license in the state of practice.

• Certifications:

  • Certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments) preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • BLS/ACLS certification (preferred).

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, ideally in dermatology, aesthetics, or plastic surgery.
  • Previous experience performing aesthetic treatments is highly desirable.
