This client We is seeking an AI Specialist to join a Conversational AI team. This role focuses on enhancing our enterprise-level AI solutions with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, requirements engineering, and hands-on involvement in LLM technologies and GenAI architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse, document, and translate business needs into technical requirements for Conversational AI solutions.
• Collaborate across global teams, IT departments, and business units to align on implementation strategies.
• Contribute to the development of LLM testing frameworks and chatbot performance evaluation methods.
• Stay current on LLM advancements and enterprise integration techniques.
• Optimize chatbot configuration and prompt design for intuitive and effective user experiences.
• Define KPIs, quality standards, and compliance measures for scalable enterprise solutions.
• Contribute to the design of secure, scalable AI architectures.
• Maintain implementation roadmaps with a focus on adaptability and continuous improvement.
• Address complex challenges and participate in co-creation workshops for solution enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or similar roles in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with Conversational AI frameworks, chatbot systems, and agent-based architectures. Hands-on experience in prompt engineering and understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Solid understanding of cloud-based deployment, API integration, and cybersecurity in enterprise settings.
• Basic knowledge of GenAI enterprise architecture concepts such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience developing user-centric digital platforms within Conversational AI or related AI domains.

The Reference Number for this position is NG60446 which is a Contract position in Midrand, Johannesburg offering a contract rate negotiable from R480 to R580 per hour based on experience.
