As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and overseeing the effective management of multiple stores. You will lead and support store management teams to achieve sales targets, maintain operational standards, and ensure compliance with company policies. You will also provide guidance and assistance to the Operations Manager and Group Direct-to-Consumer Channel Manager. WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS: Drive sales performance and support stores in achieving targets. ▪ Oversee the management of multiple stores within the region. ▪ Develop and implement store-specific marketing and promotional strategies. ▪ Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with standards and policies. ▪ Coordinate and assess training needs across all staff levels. ▪ Monitor product quality, stock control, financials, and hygiene through audits and daily checks. ▪ Manage staff rosters, leave, performance, and misconduct with the People & Culture Team. ▪ Support store managers as needed and assist with openings, trade shows, and events.
