Johannesburg: Asset Manager

Oversee the financial and operational performance of the property portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Develop and execute asset-level strategies to maximise returns, minimise vacancies, and optimise rental income. Work closely with property management teams to ensure smooth operations, strong tenant relations, and high service standards aligned with Tricolt’s premium brand. Conduct regular asset performance reviews, including analysis of NOI, cash flows, leasing performance, and market trends. Identify opportunities for value enhancement such as refurbishments, repositioning, or operational improvements. Manage and track capital expenditure projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Prepare investment reports and present portfolio performance to senior management and stakeholders. Assist with acquisitions and disposals by conducting due diligence, financial modelling, and asset feasibility assessments. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal governance requirements. Collaborate with sales, development, finance, and marketing teams for lifecycle planning of new and existing assets.
