Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of production plans in collaboration with the Sales Department and other units, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Support the creation of plans for raw material requirements, input specifications, and technical standards. Oversee and monitor the deboning process at every stage, ensuring adherence to industry standards and maximizing production efficiency. Ensure final production quantities and quality meet market requirements and contractual obligations. Generate and maintain daily and periodic reports related to slaughter and production activities. Monitor production safety, minimizing risks related to microbial contamination or industrial defects. Stay informed about market trends and adapt to evolving customer needs and industry demands. Conduct daily stocktaking and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient operations. Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO standards, and other relevant regulations.

Requirements:

5 years of relevant experience in a deboning or similar production environment. Strong understanding of beef cuts, HACCP protocols, ISO standards, and reporting procedures. Proficiency with computer applications and reporting software. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and motivate staff. Strong decision-making capabilities and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer and industry demands. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of production.
