The successful incumbent will play a key role in supporting the Asset Management team through financial analysis, reporting, and strategic input that enhances both asset value and portfolio returns. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Support Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimise asset performance and returns. Support leasing and tenant engagement initiatives to maximise income potential. Conduct cost and efficiency reviews to identify opportunities for savings and operational improvements. Contribute to site optimisation and conversion projects across the portfolio. Financial Analysis & Forecasting Prepare and review financial models, cash flow forecasts, and performance reports. Support internal and external property valuations and assist with capital planning initiatives. Analyse performance trends and provide insights to guide investment decisions. Compliance & Reporting Monitor portfolio compliance with financial and regulatory requirements. Prepare periodic performance and management reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission. Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field . 13 years experience in asset management, property finance, or a similar investment environment. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Understanding of property and asset management principles and related regulatory frameworks.
