Job Summary
Our client has an opportunity available for an Associate Process Analyst based in Sandton.
Requirements:
- Matric or an equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
- 2+ years experience in this discipline.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of business processes.
- Understanding of the organization of a company.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and documentation of business processes.
- Testing and QA of business processes to ensure efficiency.
- Define business processes and activity SLAs.
- Evaluate business processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Administer user privileges and security and administer team systems.
- Audit processes to ensure they are executed according to the design.
- Business process management and improvement.
