Duties include Measure, cut, and fit upholstery materials for vehicle interiors. Trim, stitch, and finish leather, vinyl, and fabric to required specifications. Restore, repair, and refurbish worn or damaged upholstery. Maintain tools, machines, and a clean working environment. Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards. Collaborate with colleagues and management to meet deadlines and project requirements. Provide input on material selection and best practices for each job. Ensure all work is carried out efficiently, safely and to a high-quality standard. Requirements: Proven experience as an Upholstery Trimmer, preferably in the automotive industry. Skilled in working with genuine leather, vinyl, and fabric. Strong eye for detail with a commitment to precision and quality workmanship. Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and meet tight deadlines. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
