Johannesburg: Bookkeeper Sales Consultant

Bookkeeping Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable Process invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and credit notes Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow Prepare monthly financial reports for management Coordinate with external Accountants regarding year-end requirements Ensure that all financial data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner Sales Consultant Responsibilities: Assist walk-in customers and clients with product inquiries Provide expert guidance on flooring options, materials, and pricing Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and sales documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and trade partners Coordinate orders and deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams Support showroom presentations and product displays Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting (required) Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in flooring or construction (advantageous) Proficiency with accounting software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive, professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction Apply now!
