Job Summary
Our client, a well-established accounting firm based in Randburg, is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and possess a strong background in accounting practices and reporting.
Key Responsibilities (But not limited to):
-
Full Creditors and Debtors processing and management
-
Monthly loan account reconciliations
-
Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
-
Prepare and process payroll
-
SARS submissions, including:
-
EMP201
-
VAT201
-
EMP501
-
-
Draft and prepare management statements
-
Ensure accurate and timeous data capturing on SAGE or Pastel
- Management statements
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12
-
Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
-
Proven experience as an Accountant
-
Proficient in SAGE, Pastel, and Microsoft Excel
-
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and SARS compliance
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-
Strong organizational and time management skills
Additional Information
-
This is a full-time, on-site position the successful candidate will be required to work from the Randburg office daily.
