Key Responsibilities Your focus will be on leading the full sales cycle and delivering exceptional client service: Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the Fire Detection & Gas Suppression service industry. Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust client pipeline and maintain active prospect lists. Client Engagement: Conduct a minimum of 100 sales calls per week and provide outstanding client service through regular meetings and relationship-building activities. Proposal & Contract Management: Lead the sales process from proposal development to contract finalization and operational handover. Service Knowledge: Understand and communicate the company’s full service offering, pricing structures , and proactively address client needs by demonstrating a full understanding of the service offerings. Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases and competitor intelligence. Quoting: Ensure timely preparation of accurate quotes. Minimum Requirements To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential criteria: A Grade 12 qualification. SAQCC FD & Gas Suppression Designer certification. 4-5 years of sales experience specifically in the Fire Detection & Gas Suppression industry. Computer literacy. PSIRA registration . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
