The Mission: Innovate, Govern, and Lead ð¯ Strategic Transformation: Spearhead initiatives that optimize processes and systems, presenting compelling business cases (including ROI analysis ) to senior leadership. System Lifecycle Mastery: Oversee the entire system enhancement lifecycle, from scoping requirements with stakeholders to designing user-centric UI/UX and managing robust testing ( UAT ) and seamless deployment. Data Governance & BI: Lead data analysis, dashboard creation, and bolster the companys Master Data Management (MDM) strategy to ensure core data accuracy and integrity. Team & Support Leadership: Head a team of Business Analysts, providing mentorship and effective resource allocation across projects. Establish and manage a Tier 2 application support function to ensure stability for business-critical systems.
