Job Summary
Requirements:
Matric Minimum 5-10 Years solution sales experience of which at least 5 years must be from a Temporary Employment Service (TES) Blue Collar Sales environment. Must be familiar with the Labour Legislation (Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Labour Relations Act (LRA) and Bargaining Councils) Strategic high-volume TES project implementation Proven sales track record, dealing directly with critical stakeholders. Computer Literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Good command of the English language Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (Essential) Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate effectively with Clients Deadline driven Willing to work under extreme pressure Duties and
Responsibilities:
Conduct telesales that will lead to secured appointments/presentation to clients Develop and nurture client relationships to foster the expansion of business opportunities Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets Ensure the attainment of monthly financial goals established by the TES General Manager as well as Account Manager Expand and maintain a robust client database through effective networking Proactively engage in cold calling and lead generation to meet specified targets Conduct daily client meetings in accordance with set targets Provide exemplary customer service to enhance opportunities for repeat business Prepare and present tailored solutions to clients Demonstrate effective negotiation skills for rates and service fees Generate and follow up on client quotations, ensuring successful closure Conduct thorough research on clients before meetings to optimize networking opportunities Character traits: Ability to work at a fast pace Remain self-motivated and use own initiative Structured and systematic Self-disciplined Self-driven and results orientated Task and deadline driven Innovative and proactive approach to problem solving Working Hours: 08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday), with overtime as required.
