Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the finance function, ensuring the accurate preparation and timely submission of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and strategic reports. Develop and execute financial strategies to optimize profitability, cash flow, and investment outcomes. Guide financial planning and analysis processes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate governance requirements, including those associated with JSE listing obligations. Manage and cultivate relationships with investors, analysts, and external auditors. Oversee the design and implementation of financial systems and internal controls. Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements:
CA(SA) accreditation is essential. 8 years of commercial experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior financial management role. Property industry experience or similar is preferred. Experience in navigating JSE listing requirements and ensuring regulatory compliance. Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and financial trends.
