Superb role for a strategic and commercially oriented CA or CIMA with at least 10 years of experience in financial leadership, governance, policy management, cross-department collaboration, supplier negotiation, audit management, and process improvement, with extensive experience the food manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Pastel Evolution (including Stock Module) is essential. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role for someone who can maximise profitability, drive operational improvements, expand into new markets, and build a high-performing, independent finance team all while working collaboratively across the business to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
