About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Chief Learning Officer (CLO) who will serve as a strategic leader, driving the vision, strategy, and execution of learning and development programs across the company. This individual will work closely with the senior leadership team to foster a learning culture, enhance employee performance, and enable the organization to adapt to the evolving business landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with the company’s organizational goals and vision.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify skill gaps, training needs, and development priorities that support company growth and innovation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging employees to develop their skills and competencies in line with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable learning strategies within high-growth, technology-driven organizations.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and emerging learning technologies.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Additional certifications in learning and development or leadership coaching will be a plus.
