Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive revenue, customer engagement, and brand growth.
Lead brand management and customer experience initiatives across all platforms and channels.
Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer insights.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring high ROI on all marketing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Service) to ensure integrated marketing strategies.
Stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital transformation within the telecom sector.
Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship for career growth.

Requirements

10+ years in senior marketing roles, with proven leadership experience in the telecommunications, tech, or digital sectors.

Experience managing large teams and multi-million-dollar budgets with a focus on results.

Qualifications
