About the Role
Youll work directly with the Founder to manage and drive performance across all areas of the business operations, finance, housekeeping, and maintenance acting as the engine room behind this growing property brand.

What Youll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple functions

• Authorise payments and ensure financial oversight

• Manage administration and support back-office functions

• Ensure maintenance and housekeeping excellence across properties

• Travel between sites as needed to ensure quality and continuity
