About the Role
A leading company, specialising in the import and distribution of industrial and electronic products, is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Agent to join their company. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting walk-in customers from beginning to end of sales process.
- Generating Quotes, Sales orders, Invoices.
- Responding to customer sales requirements.
- Quoting Customers based on specific product requirements.
- Processing Customer Orders and Updating Customers on Deliveries.
- Providing after-sales services.
- Following up on outstanding quotes and back orders.
- Ability to communicate with company management to convey customers’ needs and requirements.
- Providing technical assistance to customers where possible.
- Updating database with new customer details.
- Passing on leads to external salespersons for customers requiring technical assistance.
- Assisting with maintaining the presentation of the Office & Reception area.
- Answering phone calls and forwarding when necessary.
- Preparation of brochures for customers.
- Working with other colleagues to maintain and develop working flow in the organization.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with strong administration skills.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally in verbal and written responses.
- Organized and analytical.
- Excellent communication skills.

R 18 000 – R 24 000 CTC pm.
