About the Role

Isilumko Staffing, a leading recruitment agency in the laboratory medical space, is seeking an experienced CIO to join their team. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation and ensuring the effective governance of our ICT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and implement ICT strategy
Drive the digital transformation of laboratory services
Responsible for ICT governance and compliance
Accountable for: Cyber security, enterprise systems, reporting, data analytics, infrastructure and network management, service desk and technical support, software development, system integration, project portfolio oversight, procurement, asset management, printing services
Drafting reports

Requirements

Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT
No less than 10 years’ ICT leadership experience in the healthcare / laboratory / pathology industry
Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide ICT governance and digital transformation, with great results as reference checks will be conducted upfront

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree – ICT, Computer science, information systems
Master’s – Information and communication technology or MBA / MBL
