Afric Training College Role ProfilePROJECT ADMIN ACADEMIC SITES1. Role TitleProject Administration Academic Sites2. Reporting Line Reports to: Chief Learning O3icer / Campus Director Matrix collaboration: Campus Operations Managers, Academic Coordinators andFacilitators3. Role PurposeTo provide centralized administrative coordination across all academic site projects, ensuringconsistent documentation, compliance, stakeholder support, and operational continuity. Therole is pivotal in maintaining project discipline, enabling e3ective governance, and supporting thetimely delivery of strategic initiatives.4. Key Responsibilities:Project Administration & Coordination Maintain and update project documentation including charters, schedules, risk logs,and change requests. Track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones.Governance & Compliance Support Ensure adherence to internal governance frameworks, procurement protocols, andregulatory requirements. Assist in preparing documentation for audits, steering committees, and executivereporting.Stakeholder Liaison Act as a central point of contact for project-related queries across academic sites. Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, and external partners.Resource & Logistics Management Coordinate site access, scheduling, and logistics for project activities. Support onboarding of contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance with collegepolicies.
