About the Role
Ellahi Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Claims Recovery Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our claims recovery team, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding payments from insured and uninsured clients. With a strong focus on performance and results-driven, we are looking for an experienced professional who can drive growth and meet ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- File prep and documentation review
- Vehicle and property assessment
- Letter of demand negotiation
- Diary planning and portfolio report hygiene
Requirements
- Experienced in claims recovery (insured & uninsured)
- Proactive and astute with excellent negotiation skills
- Exceptionally well organised
- Strong performance and results-driven mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum portfolio report hygiene: Insured/uninsured EDC Merits
- Merits % Quantum
- Banking forecasting per quarter
Salary & Benefits
R30k to R34k per month CTC
