Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Clearing Agent to manage customs clearance processes, coordinate with shipping lines, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of import/export regulations and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process customs documentation for imports and exports.

• Ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations.

• Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and clients.

• Track shipments and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Resolve any issues related to customs clearance, duties, and taxes.

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Clearing Agent or in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and relevant legislation.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficient in relevant software and documentation systems.
