nalMinimum Requirements: ITIL Foundation Certified is a prerequisite Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology (IT) At least 5 years related working experience 2-3 Years direct experience in Managing IT Systems from a business point of view 2-3 Years experience in analysing and defining business requirement specifications Application Support Experience essential Experience within in a healthcare services environment (preferably having worked within Oncology or Renal) Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting all clinical systems and applications in the portfolio Serve as the Custodial “Owner” and Subject-Matter Expert for the applications/systems Support the day-to-day use, performance and maintenance of the applications/systems, changes, improvements and enhancements to the applications/systems and involvement in all projects Support Users; troubleshooting network and server hardware issues Configure personal computers and mobile devices Manage systems and software applications Resolve telecommunication and network communication issues, including Wi-Fi Ensure that data security, privacy and governance procedures and guidelines are up to date, implemented and monitored Provide project support for new practices and solutions, in terms of installing adequate IT infrastructure TO APPLY: Only if you meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
