Job Description

Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in corporate or B2B technology sales, preferably within ISP, MSP, ICT, cloud, or cybersecurity environments Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role. Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills Comfortable using CRM systems and sales reporting tools to manage pipeline and forecasting Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and develop new corporate client opportunities within defined market segments Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, IT managers, and procurement teams Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close Design and present tailored solutions across connectivity, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, and communications Maintain a clean, accurate, and well-managed sales pipeline in line with company standards Update CRM systems with accurate opportunity data, forecasts, and activity tracking Work closely with sales administration to ensure pipeline integrity and forecasting accuracy Conduct structured discovery sessions to understand client business objectives, risks, and technology requirements Own and consistently deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, with a clear expectation to meet and exceed agreed performance benchmarks Drive sales activity levels required to achieve targets, including prospecting, discovery meetings, proposals, and client research Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion, cross-sell, and upsell to increase total contract value and recurring revenue Defend value and margin, confidently justifying pricing and solutions based on outcomes and risk mitigation rather than discount-led selling Develop and execute a structured account acquisition plan, identifying priority industries, target accounts, and key decision-makers, and systematically working those accounts through multi-touch engagement strategies
