Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist them with product enquiries.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or alternatives.

• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, and invoicing.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices as required.

• Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

• Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.

• Ensure shelves and displays are neat, stocked, and correctly priced.

• Liaise with the warehouse or stores department regarding stock availability.

• Perform daily cash-ups and ensure compliance with company procedures.

• Adhere to health, safety, and company policies at all times.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.

• Previous experience in counter sales or retail sales (advantageous).

• Basic computer literacy (POS systems, email, and MS Excel).

• Good numerical and cash-handling skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
