Employer Description A reputable construction and engineering firm Job Description Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be respo0nsible for the following key duties: Maximise commercial performance by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards Take full ownership of project delivery , from planning to completion Ensure all site operations are carried out safely and in compliance with environmental regulations Oversee quality control to deliver defect-free work aligned with project specifications Manage project programmes and prepare weekly/monthly progress and forecast reports Coordinate procurement and resource planning to ensure timely availability of materials and labour Lead stakeholder communication , including reporting to clients, consultants, and internal teams Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site staff to maintain productivity and workflow Support audits, site reporting, and HR compliance , including attendance tracking and documentation. Drive operational excellence by implementing KPIs, SOPs, and continuous workforce motivation Qualifications BSc/BTech/Diploma Building / Construction Management Skills 3 Years of relevant site experience as a Site Agent on residential projects; Some 10 yrs construction exp MS Project / CCS pref Benefits Medical Aid Risk benefits
