Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Creator Success Representative to join their dynamic, international team. In this role, youll work with a portfolio of creators earning between $1,000$5,000/month, helping them optimise their performance, stay engaged, and unlock new levels of growth on the platform. Youll be the go-to partner for your assigned creators, combining structured support with strategic insights to help them scale successfully.
This is a fast-moving, autonomous role where no two days are the same. Youll need to be comfortable making decisions quickly, managing your own time, and taking full ownership of your portfolio. A passion for the creator economyand helping people winis a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management

Manage a portfolio of 75100 creators, delivering proactive, high-touch support.

Build trust through consistent communication via WhatsApp, Discord, email, and occasional calls.

Stay on top of your creators needs, questions, and blockersnothing goes unanswered for long.
Growth & Engagement Strategy

Guide creators through structured success playbooks and growth frameworks.

Drive adoption of platform tools, strategies, and milestones to boost engagement and earnings.

Spot underperformance early and re-engage creators with personalised outreach.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
-
Track creator activity and earning trends using internal dashboards.

Flag churn risks or unusual patterns to your team leads with recommendations for action.
Education & Enablement
-
Share educational content, resources, and tactical insights to address common Tier 3 challenges.

Clarify features, answer FAQs, and ensure creators are fully empowered on the platform.
Requirements
-
Previous experience in customer success, account management, or community support, ideally within the creator economy or influencer space.

Proven ability to manage high volumes of communication while maintaining relationship quality.

Exceptionally proactive, organized, and self-motivatedyou don’t wait to be told what to do.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt your tone and approach.

Comfortable with fast-paced startup environments, handling pressure, and multitasking.

Tech-savvy and confident using dashboards, CRM systems, and modern messaging tools.

Comfortable working around NSFW content (though exposure is minimal).
